RETURNS

We hope you are delighted with your purchase, however if you need to return the jewellery we will happily accept the return of items. Jewellery may be returned within 14 days of receipt, unused, non-personalised and with the original brand packaging. 

Please be aware that we do not accept returns on personalised jewellery that has been engraved specifically for your order. Also, we do not accept returns on earrings for hygiene reasons.

We recommend you use a Signed For or Recorded Delivery service as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

If you believe there is a fault with your item please contact us at customercare@mollybrownlondon.com with your order number and a photo of the affected issue so we can quickly resolve this for you.
