RETURNS

We hope you are delighted with your purchase, however if you need to return the jewellery we will happily accept the return of items if they meet ALL of the following requirements.

Please be aware that under NO circumstances do we accept returns on personalised jewellery that has been engraved specifically for your order. Also, we do not accept returns of earrings for hygiene reasons.

Jewellery may be returned within 14 days of receipt, unused, non-personalised & with the original brand packaging. 

We recommend you use a Signed For or Recorded Delivery service as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

If you believe there is a fault with your item please contact us via email with your order number and a photo of the affected issue so we can quickly resolve this for you.
