We hope you are delighted with your purchase, however if you need to return your order, we will happily accept the return of items. Jewellery may be returned within 14 days of receipt, unused, non-personalised and with the original brand packaging.

Please be aware that we do not accept returns on personalised jewellery that has been engraved specifically for your order. Also, we do not accept returns on earrings for hygiene reasons.
