We hope you are delighted with your purchase, however if you need to return the jewelry we will happily accept the return of items if they meet all of the following requirements.
Within 14 days of receipt, unused, non-personalized and with the original brand packaging.
Please be aware that under no circumstances can we accept returns on personalized jewelry that has been engraved specifically for your order, unless it is deemed faulty. Also, we do not accept the return of earrings for hygiene reasons.
Silver is a soft metal and is prone to pick up surface scratches during wear, this is quite normal. We cannot accept responsibility for items that have become badly damaged from abrasive scratching on the surface of the jewelry, which has then impacted on the legibility of the engraving, regardless of the amount of time the child has worn the jewelry. We have rigorous quality control and the jewelry is sent in perfect condition. Children's jewelry is not a toy and it should be worn with care as with adult jewelry. We recommend supervision particularly with babies wearing jewelry.

Molly B cannot accept responsibility for items returned to us without proof of purchase or for returned items that become lost in transit. We recommend you obtain a free certificate of postage from the Post Office when returning items. Molly B can only take responsibility for your parcel once it has been received into our warehouse. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned.
