We hope you are delighted with your purchase, however if you need to return the jewellery we will happily accept the return of items if they meet all of the following requirements.
Within 14 days of receipt, unused, non-personalised and with the original brand packaging.
Please be aware that under no circumstances can we accept returns on personalised jewellery that has been engraved specifically for your order, unless it is deemed faulty. Also, we do not accept the return of earrings for hygiene reasons.
Silver is a soft metal and is prone to pick up surface scratches during wear, this is quite normal. We cannot accept responsibility for items that have become badly damaged from abrasive scratching on the surface of the jewellery, which has then impacted on the legibility of the engraving, regardless of the amount of time the child has worn the jewellery. We have rigorous quality control and the jewellery is sent in perfect condition. Children's jewellery is not a toy and it should be worn with care as with adult jewellery. We recommend supervision particularly with babies wearing jewellery.

Molly Brown cannot accept responsibility for items returned to us without proof of purchase or for returned items that become lost in transit. We recommend you obtain a free certificate of postage from the Post Office when returning items. Molly Brown can only take responsibility for your parcel once it has been received into our warehouse. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned.
