We hope you are delighted with your purchase, however, if you need to return your order, we will happily accept the return of items. Jewellery may be returned within 14 days of receipt, unused, non-personalised and with the original brand packaging.
Molly Brown London offers a Free UK Returns service. Please contact customercare@mollybrownlondon.com and a Free Returns label will be emailed to you.
Please be aware that we do not accept returns on personalised jewellery that has been engraved specifically for your order. Also, we do not accept returns on earrings for hygiene reasons.
If you believe there is a fault with your item please contact us via email at customercare@mollybrownlondon.com with your order number and a photo of the affected issue so that we can quickly resolve this for you.
