We hope you are delighted with your purchase, however if you need to return the jewellery we will happily accept the return of items if they meet all of the following requirements.

Please be aware that under no circumstances can we accept returns on personalised jewellery that has been engraved specifically for your order, unless it is deemed faulty. Also, we do not accept the return of earrings for hygiene reasons.

Jewellery may be returned within 14 days of receipt, unused, non-personalised and with the original brand packaging.

We recommend you use a Signed For or Recorded Delivery service.

If you believe there is a fault with your item please contact us via email customercare@mollybrownlondon.com with your order number and a photo of the affected issue so we that can quickly resolve this for you.

Molly Brown cannot accept responsibility for items returned to us without proof of purchase or for returned items that become lost in transit. We recommend you obtain a free certificate of postage from the Post Office when returning items. Molly Brown can only take responsibility for your parcel once it has been received into our warehouse. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned.
