Delivery

It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address you provide us with is accurate and that there will be somebody available to sign for the delivery of the goods. All orders within the UK are delivered using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. We cannot be held responsible for any delays once the goods have left us and are in the possession of a courier or Royal Mail. If the goods we deliver are not what you ordered or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us by telephone or by e-mail of the problem within 7 working days of the delivery of the goods in question. If you do not receive your order within 7 working days of the date on which you placed the order, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us immediately.

Returns

Molly Brown offers an excellent returns service and will offer an exchange or full refund as you require, Please contact Molly Brown London Ltd within 7 working days to arrange the exchange or return and simply return the item in new and unaltered condition with the original packaging. Items will be refunded within 30 days, proof of postage may be required. If you are returning an order from overseas, please contact our Customer Care team on + 44 844 335 3923 within seven working days of receiving the delivery and you will be provided with a returns authorisation number which you must write clearly on the outside of your returns parcel. Replacements and refunds will be made within 30 days.

Pricing

Payment must be received in whole for the items that you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an e-mail to you at the e-mail address you provide in your order form.

You will be billed in Pounds Sterling. If you are a customer from outside the UK, currency fluctuations and credit card charges may make a difference to the amount billed on your credit card or displayed using our currency converter. You must observe and comply with all applicable regulations and legislation, including obtaining all necessary customs, import or other permits to purchase goods from the Molly Brown website. The importation or exportation of certain of our goods to you may be prohibited by certain national laws. We make no representation and accept no liability in respect of the export or import of the goods you purchase.

All prices shown are inclusive of VAT.

Refer a Friend

We operate a Refer a Friend facility where our customers can refere friends to Molly Brown London Ltd and in return we will credit their account with £2.00 to be redeemed on their next purchase for each new friend.

• We can only provide credit for new referrals who are 16-years old or over. A new referral is defined as someone who has never shopped at MollyBrownLondon.com, and is not currently listed in any of our databases
• You may only refer give friends a month. We are unable to provide credit for more than five referrals in one month from the same source
• We check the validity of all email addresses given and can only provide credit for valid addresses that do not currently appear on our databases. Credit is provided once your friends register a new account on the site.
• Please make sure that your friends do not mind your handing over their details
• There is no cash alternative for referrals
• No purchase is necessary

Materials

Molly Brown silver is sterling 925. This is the Standard Silver Mark, means there are 925 parts out of a thousand and 75 parts copper. All our silver is hand polished. Over a period of time all silver products are prone to tarnish. We recommend you gently polish your jewellery with a soft, non- abrasive silver polish cloth to restore its shine. Also, please do not keep loose pieces together, as they will scratch upon contact with each other. All gem stones and pearls used for Molly Brown jewellery are chosen for their colour and clarity. All stones and pearls are natural and not manufactured materials and therefore can be prone to slight colour and shape variation.

Hallmarks

All Molly Brown jewellery carries the British hallmark a guarantee of quality that has existed for over 700 years. All our jewellery is assayed, that is, checked for purity by The Edinburgh Assay Office before the customary marks are applied. All metals hallmarked show three compulsory marks. The Sponsor’s mark identifies who sent the item for testing. The Molly Brown hallmark is MB. The Standard Mark, which shows the standard fineness for precious metals. For silver it is 925 and for gold it is 750. The Assay Office Mark, which shows where the item was sent for testing.

All materials, including designs, images and photography and written text are protected by copyright, trade mark. Therefore, you may not reproduce, modify or create derivatives of designs. The Molly Brown site is protected as a whole by copyright and trade dress, all world rights, the interests in and to which are owned by Molly Brown.
