UK Delivery

It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address you provide us with is correct and accurate and that there will be somebody available to take delivery of the goods. All orders within the UK are delivered using Royal Mail and Yodel services. We cannot be held responsible for any delays once the goods have left us and are in the possession of our the courier Royal Mail or Yodel. If the goods we deliver are not what you ordered or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us by telephone or by email within 7 working days of the delivery of the goods in question. If you do not receive your order within 7 working days of the date on which you placed the order, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us immediately. If your order is returned to us because the courier or postal service could not complete the delivery to you for whatever reason, then you will be responsible for the repeat delivery costs.

International Delivery

We are partnered with Global-e, who are a third-party service acting as your seller-on-record, allowing us to ship to destinations all around the world. Returns

Molly Brown London offers an excellent returns service and will offer refund on items as you require. Please contact our Customer Care department within 14 days to arrange a return and simply return the item in new and unaltered condition with the original packaging.

Please note, jewellery that has been worn or damaged cannot be returned. Sterling Silver metal is prone to tarnishing, this is not a fault. Please see our Care Guide on how to clean your Sterling Silver products. 

Molly Brown London is unable to accept any personalised/engraved items for exchange or refund, unless they are faulty in some way. Returns cannot be accepted on baby bangles that have been bent out of shape, or damaged as a result of attempts to make the bangle smaller.

Silver is a soft metal and is prone to pick up surface scratches during wear, this is quite normal. We cannot accept responsibility for items that have become badly damaged from scratching on the surface of the jewellery, which has then impacted on the legibility of the engraving, regardless of the amount of time the child has worn the jewellery. We have rigorous quality control and the jewellery is sent in perfect condition. Children's jewellery is not a toy and it should be worn with care as with adult jewellery. We recommend supervision particularly with babies wearing jewellery.

For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept any earrings for exchange or refund. 

Items will be refunded within 7 days; proof of postage will be required as Molly Brown London cannot be held responsible for missing goods. Refunds will be made within 7 days.

We offer a Free Returns service in the UK only. If the parcel is being returned at your own cost, we strongly recommend you obtain a free certificate of postage from the Post Office as we are responsible for your parcel only once it has been received into our warehouse. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned. An item that was received as a gift can be returned for an exchange. An email will be sent to the person who made the original purchase when the exchange is completed. Refunds can only be made to the original credit or debit card on which the gift was purchased.

Pricing

Payment must be received in whole for the items that you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received, we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the email address you provided on your order form.

You will be billed in Pounds Sterling. If you are a customer from outside the UK, currency fluctuations and credit card charges may make a difference to the amount billed on your credit card or displayed using our currency converter. You must observe and comply with all applicable regulations and legislation, including obtaining all necessary customs, import or other permits to purchase goods from the Molly Brown London website. The importation or exportation of certain of our goods to you may be prohibited by certain national laws. We make no representation and accept no liability in respect of the export or import of the goods you purchase.

Promotional codes and Discount Codes: We may from time to time offer promotion discount codes (either directly or through third parties). Such codes may only be applied to full-price items and cannot be used in conjunction with any offers or discounts.

If you have made a purchase from our store we may occasionally inform you about new collection launches, news and special offers via email, post telephone. We will not pass on your email address to third parties.

Hallmarks

All Molly Brown London jewellery carries the British hallmark a guarantee of quality that has existed for over 700 years. All jewellery is assayed, that is, checked for purity by The Edinburgh Assay Office before the customary marks are applied. All metals hallmarked show three compulsory marks. The Sponsor’s mark identifies who sent the item for testing, the Molly Brown hallmark is MB,  the Standard Mark, which shows the standard fineness for precious metals. For silver it is 925 and for 18ct Gold it is 750. The Assay Office Mark, which shows where the item was sent for testing. Molly Brown London jewellery undergoes rigorous testing for quality and purity, as a result of this additional testing, Molly Brown London is proud to be recognised as an Assay Assured Brand. 100% of your donation is passed to Great Ormond Street Hospital Children's Charity (registered charity no.1160024). Molly Brown London is not involved in any Gift Aid declarations. All personal data collected from your purchase/donation is subject to Molly Brown London's Privacy Policy and no data is shared with the Charity. As such, no Gift Aid can be claimed by GOSH on this donation.

Safety Warning

Jewellery should not be worn by babies and children under the age of 3 years as small parts may represent a choking hazard. Babies and toddlers should not be left unattended wearing any jewellery. Baby bangles are suitable for babies to wear, but always supervised by an adult and never when sleeping or overnight.

Jewellery pieces are not toys and should not be given to babies or very young children to play with. Jewellery should never be worn overnight. Molly Brown London jewellery contains no lead and is made with 925 Sterling Silver.
